Primary sales. Verified new inventory across NCR, the tricity, the hills, Jaipur, and Lucknow, placed with buyers we already know. Site walks, allocation access, negotiation, and paperwork through to registration.
Advisory
Investment and portfolio work. Which corridor, which developer, which entry price, and when to exit. Micro-market notes with supply pipeline and resale depth, second-home and land diligence in the hills, portfolio reviews for family offices. Paid for judgment, including the judgment to wait.
The Studio
The media engine. Market notes, project walkthroughs, reels, and the email and WhatsApp editions. Everything published meets the listing register and carries the same verification standard as advice. The Studio is not marketing for the other three practices; it is how the firm thinks in public.
The Private Desk
The HNI and NRI client desk and the outbound motion. Time-zone-aware service for buyers abroad: video walkthroughs, POA and repatriation guidance handled with counsel, TDS and FEMA basics explained before they are asked. Consented, targeted outbound to a small list.

Ten addresses, not a hundred. Each one is walked by our desk before it reaches you, and the ones we would not buy ourselves are not on the list.
No unverified inventory.
RERA registration, title status, approvals, and carpet-versus-super math are checked before a project enters our list. If we could not verify it, we do not show it.
We say no to the wrong address.
Declining to place a client in a project is a service we charge nothing for and deliver often. The passes protect the recommendations.
