Privacy policy

This page describes what RE North collects when you use a form on this site, and nothing else. We do not sell data. We do not run third-party ad exchanges on your submitted details.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, request a document, or use the address matcher, we collect the fields on that form: your name, phone number, email if you give one, and the answers you choose (budget, city, timeline, intent). We also record which page you were on, the source of your visit if it came from an ad or campaign link, and the time you spent on the page before submitting. If a form is left blank in a hidden field, that is a spam check and holds no personal data.

How we use it

The desk uses your details to contact you about the enquiry you raised: to send the document you asked for, to call or WhatsApp you about a project or a shortlist, or to follow up on a callback request. We do not use your details to send anything you did not ask for.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service the enquiry and for a reasonable period after in case you return, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your record at any time; see contact below.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to varun.singh@himalyan.ai and we will act on the request.
