What to weigh
Possession is set for July 2030, four years of staged payments in three tranches. Registration is being confirmed, and until it is, the desk introduces the project on request rather than listing it, and puts carpet area beside the published super-area range, with the current price sheet and the payment schedule, in writing. At this ticket the buyer is usually acquiring a branded address for a long hold, often from abroad, and the desk works to that time zone.

Is the area quoted as carpet or super?

What will it actually cost me?
Tickets open at ₹20 Cr on a 30:40:30 plan, so a large sum goes out early. The desk sends the sheet and the milestones each tranche is tied to.
There is no project registration number yet. What does that mean for me?
It means we introduce rather than list. Project registration with Uttar Pradesh RERA is being confirmed, and the desk puts the number in your hands before anything is paid.
I am buying from abroad. Can this be done remotely?
